Michelle Henry, M.D. Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon

Dr. Michelle Henry is a Harvard trained Mohs surgeon. She is board certified dermatologist. She is currently a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College. She practices Mohs micrographic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Henry attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed her residency in dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in cutaneous oncology, Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery with the Harvard Medical School Department of Dermatology at the Lahey Clinic in Boston, Massachusetts. She specializes in high risk skin cancer treatments, Aesthetic Surgery, and Skin of Color.

Dr. Henry has extensive experience in teaching physicians aesthetic procedures such as injecting neuromodulators (Botox ® and Dysport®), injecting fillers (Restylane®, Juvederm®, Perlane®, Belotero® and Radiesse®), laser surgery, and hair restoration.

She has published numerous articles and chapters on skin cancer treatment and cosmetic surgery, including publications in Dermatologic Surgery on complex reconstruction techniques after Mohs surgery, new surgical techniques for basal cell carcinoma, and innovative uses for photodynamic therapy. She is a committed research scientist, who was recently recognized as a Tromovitch Award finalist by the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Her treatment philosophy is to provide holistic care while utilizing the latest techniques and scientific data. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the American College of Mohs Surgery. She chairs the Education Committee of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and serves on the Scientific Advisory Board for Bevel (a Walker and Company brand) and BTG International Ltd.

Diana Fernandez, M.S.P.A.-C

Diana Fernandez has been a Physician Assistant for over a decade. She received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College. She also received her Bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Microbiology.

​She is highly experienced in dermatology and aesthetics. She has vast knowledge in treating and diagnosing a wide array of dermatological diseases, such as acne, psoriasis, eczema and skin cancers and also performs minor surgeries and excisions.

She is a skilled cosmetic injector with experience in numerous laser therapies such as Cutera, Ematrix, and  IPL and also PRP and microneedling.

She is fluent in Italian and is conversational in Spanish.

Diana Fernandez is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Lena Langer, P.A.-C

Lena Langer is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), who graduated at the top in her class in 2001 from Pace University /Lenox Hill Hospital PA program in New York. Lena Langer is certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She worked as a Dermatology Physician Assistant in New York over 15 years.

Lena sees patients of all ages for both medical and cosmetic concerns and is dedicated to providing compassionate quality care that is specific to each individual patient. Lena provides a wide range of dermatologic care, such as skin cancer screenings and treatment, acne treatments, psoriasis, rashes, eczema, surgical excisions, and light therapy. Lena is also bilingual, and speaks fluent Russian.
