Microgenesis

Microgenesis is a new laser treatment protocol that combines Microdermabrasion and Laser Genesis, to provide one of the most powerful skin restoration treatments available today. Using a 2-step facial rejuvenation mechanism, Microgenesis will provide you with the clean, clear, healthy skin you’ve always wanted.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion, sometimes known as manual exfoliation, is a well known medical spa procedure, that provides patients the most effective methods of exfoliation and skin resurfacing available today. Microdermabrasion gently exfoliates the skin, helping to open up the pores and remove excess facial oils, dirt, and debris, as well as dead skin cells that may be clogging up the pores.

The exfoliation process removes the outer layer of dead skin cells, while also stimulating the production of fresh, new skin cells, and proliferating the body’s own natural production of collagen, a vital skincare compound, that often depletes with age. This deep penetrating method of exfoliation allows patients to experience a much cleaner, clearer, fresher complexion, with improved skin tone, texture, and tightness.

By performing Microdermabrasion prior to Laser Genesis, it in a way, readies the skin for the laser treatment, and will help to boost the effectiveness of laser genesis.

Laser Genesis
Sometimes referred to as the “Laser Facial”, Laser Genesis uses deep penetrating laser heat energy, to reach past the skin’s surface, heating the inner layer known as the dermis. Once heating the dermis, the heat energy triggers the body’s own naturally restorative processes and begins to heal from the inside-out. Laser Genesis is known to even out the skin’s tone and texture, reduce the appearance of superficial scars and blemishes, reduce the size of the pores, reduce hyperpigmentation, and facial discolorations.

Similar to Microdermabrasion, Laser Genesis also helps stimulate the body’s production of collagen, helping to give the skin a more soft, supple, firm feel, reducing moderate wrinkles and facial volume loss.

Maximum Skin Restoration!
In conjunction these two procedures potentiate the results of one another. Microdermabrasion uses the process of manual exfoliation, while Laser Genesis achieves similar results using the effects of laser heat energy. The combination of these treatments works great on oily, acne-prone skin, and for those patients who do not exfoliate enough. Microdermabrasion will help to exfoliate away years of dead skin cells, while Laser Genesis will shrink the pores, and replenish the skin cells. They offer a level of synergy that allows patients to unclog pores, improve circulation, and restore depleted collagen stores. Patients are known to have a renewed, refreshed look and feel to their skin, with firmer contours, and a restored, youthful glow.
